Pricing and Payment
We provide transparent pricing based on assessment. Final costs may vary if unforeseen damage is discovered during work. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Insurance Coordination
We assist clients in working with insurance providers but are not responsible for claim approval or coverage limits. Final payment responsibility rests with the customer unless fully covered by insurance.
Service Availability
Our team responds to emergencies 24/7. However, service availability may be affected by weather, staffing, or high demand. We will communicate delays promptly and provide estimated arrival times.
Liability Limitations
Boston Water Damage Restoration is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the total cost of services rendered.
Damage During Restoration
We take reasonable care to prevent property damage during restoration. However, unforeseen risks may occur. We will repair or replace damaged items promptly and fairly.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. If terminated early, the customer remains responsible for services rendered up to that point.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Suffolk County.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revision date. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance.
